About Milo

Milo Kostelecky is a native of Las Vegas with over 20 years of experience in marketing, real estate development, and construction.

Kostelecky currently serves as Director of the Las Vegas Film Festival. The Film Festival recently emerged as the premier film screening/award event in Las Vegas with city-wide functions and an emphasis on community partnerships.

Milo began his development career in 2001 as the Director of Operations for Third Eye, a construction documentation company which developed software that digitally documented and provided vast databases of information to help prevent construction defect litigation on several high profile projects including The District at Green Valley Ranch, Panorama Towers and Wynn Las Vegas.

Milo also served as Marketing Director for Complex Builders a Construction Company based in Las Vegas.

A philanthropist at heart, Milo is heavily involved in several local charitable/educational organizations and foundations. Kostelecky spent 10 years as President of The Las Vegas Children’s Foundation. Kostelecky currently serves on the Board of the Shane Victorino Foundation and is a Board of Trustee of 9 th Bridge School in downtown Las Vegas.

Milo is a graduate of Bishop Gorman High School and Arizona State University where he received a bachelor’s degree (BIS) in Business and Sociology.
