Charlotte Wyatt

Charlotte Wyatt fell in love with literature on subway commutes to her first career as a zookeeper in New York City. Since then, she earned an MFA at the University of Houston’s Creative Writing program, where she was the inaugural Inprint/Creative Writing Fellow. There, she was awarded an Inprint Donald Barthelme Prize for fiction and served as a Fiction Editor for Gulf Coast: A Journal of Literature and Fine Arts. She has worked for the Napa Valley Writers’ Conference since 2016, where she now directs the fiction program. She has received support from the NVWC, the Desert Nights, Rising Stars Conference, and the National Parks Service. Her work can be found in Gulf Coast, Electric Literature, Joyland, and others.
