IN THIS LIVE-UNDER-THE-TENT EVENT, BMI Fellows Faylita Hicks & Mary South sit in conversation about loss, reclamation, expressions of grief and rage, moderated by poet Sreshtha Sen.
Faylita Hicks is the author of HoodWitch, winner of the 2020 Lambda Award for Bisexual Poetry and editor of Borderlands: Texas Poetry Review.
Short-story stylist Mary South is the author of the award-winning collection, You Will Never Be Forgotten.
Sreshtha Sen is a poet from Delhi, India and a founding editor of The Shoreline Review, an online journal for and by South Asian poets.
